Featured Projects

Optimizing Web App High Availability with AWS ALB and EC2

Utilized AWS ALB to distribute incoming traffic across multiple EC2 instances, improving performance and reducing latency

Enhancing Static Website Performance with AWS S3

This project focuses on optimizing static websites on AWS S3 by minimizing image size, compressing code, and implementing browser caching.

Implementing a Secure and Scalable VPC on AWS

I built a secure and scalable Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) on AWS. This involved designing subnets, implementing security groups, NACLs, and route tables to optimize network security and performance

Optimizing Web App High Availability with AWS ALB and EC2

In this project, I set up an AWS Application Load Balancer (ALB) to distribute incoming HTTP traffic across multiple EC2 instances enhancing the reliability and scalability of a two-tier web application.
1- I configured target groups with health checks to ensure only healthy instances receive traffic, improving fault tolerance.
2- I also implemented security groups to control access to HTTP and SSH ports, and used a user data script to install Apache, enabling immediate web hosting on launch.

This project deepened my understanding of load balancing, network security, and automated deployment on AWS.

Enhancing Static Website Performance with AWS S3

In this project, I set up and hosted a static website using Amazon S3 to leverage its scalability and cost-effectiveness for serving static content.
1- I configured an S3 bucket, uploaded HTML and image files, and enabled static website hosting by adjusting bucket permissions and access policies.
2- The project also involved configuring public access settings and resolving permissions issues to ensure the site was accessible via a unique URL.

This project helped me understand S3 bucket configurations, access control, and cloud-based static website hosting.

Implementing a Secure and Scalable VPC on AWS

In this project, I created an Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) to establish a secure, isolated network environment within AWS.
1- I configured a public subnet with auto-assigned public IPs for EC2 instances requiring internet access and attached an Internet Gateway to enable connectivity.
2- I also defined security groups with specific inbound and outbound rules to balance accessibility and security. This project gave me hands-on experience with key VPC concepts like CIDR blocks, subnets, route tables, and internet gateways, strengthening my understanding of AWS network management and security
